Overview
What started as a single factsheet project turned into an ongoing design partnership. The work landed well enough that Capital Square brought me back to build out a full family of factsheets across their entire suite of investment offerings. The challenge was making complex financial structures feel clear and credible without losing substance. These documents go to serious investors who need to act on them. Every layout decision was about finding that balance: organized, trustworthy, and easy to navigate.
